These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the UAV Weather mobile application ("App") provided by MB Soft Lab ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you accept the conditions below.

1. Nature of the service

UAV Weather provides weather information, wind forecasts, and flight recommendations intended for drone pilots. The App is informational and advisory — it does not replace official aviation regulations, NOTAMs, or the pilot's judgment.

2. Requirements and account

The App may require a device with a compatible operating system and an internet connection (full functionality may require access to location and notifications). Some features may be available only with a paid subscription.

3. Permitted use

You agree to use the App in accordance with the law and these Terms. Prohibited actions include:

• attempting to bypass security, decompile, or reverse engineer the App;
• using the App in a way that infringes third-party rights;
• automated data scraping or excessive load on infrastructure;
• sharing App content or features in a way that violates the license.

4. Subscriptions and payments

If you use a paid version, payments and subscription management are handled through the App Store or Google Play according to those platforms' terms. Refunds and subscription cancellation are governed by the relevant store's policies.

5. Accuracy of weather data

Weather data comes from external providers and may contain errors or delays. We do not guarantee full forecast accuracy. The decision to fly a drone rests solely with the pilot and must account for current regulations and conditions at the flight location.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its interface, trademarks, content, and software are protected by copyright and remain the property of MB Soft Lab or its licensors. We grant a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App on your own device.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from relying solely on information from the App, service interruptions, data loss, or actions of third parties. The App is provided "as is".

8. Changes and termination

We may update the App, these Terms, or discontinue selected features. For material changes, we will notify users in the App or on the website. We may suspend access to the App in case of a breach of these Terms.
